Judith Russell is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Political Science at Columbia University, with a career spanning academia, political advising, and social advocacy. She previously served as a full-time Assistant Professor at Barnard College (1988–2000) and worked at the New York City Partnership and Chamber of Commerce post-9/11.
