Judith Liu-Jimenez is a Researcher at the University Carlos III of Madrid since 2004, where she earned her PhD in Electronics in 2010. Her work focuses on Biometrics (particularly Iris Recognition) and microelectronic design for digital signal processing systems. She holds a Telecommunication Engineering degree from the Polythecnic University of Madrid (2004).
She has extensive experience in project management and presales roles, including leading Biometric and border control projects in Latin America while at Morpho Colombia (2012). She returned to Europe in 2013 to continue research within the University Group for Identification Technologies.
