Judith Diaz Sauceda

Dr Judith Diaz Sauceda is a Lecturer at the University of Girona, Faculty of Tourism, within the Department of Organisation, Business Management and Product Design. She is an active member of the research group ONIT (Research Group on Organizational Networks, Innovation and Development of Tourism Strategies and Products) and the Institute for Tourism Research (INSETUR).

Research Interests:

Dr Diaz Sauceda focuses on understanding tourist behavior, especially in cross-border regions. Her work explores how tourists interact with destinations, the factors influencing their decisions, and the implications for tourism organizations. She also examines organizational behavior within tourism enterprises, emphasizing human resource management and service quality.

Her scholarly contributions have appeared in international journals such as Tourism Geographies, and she has participated in several European research projects.
