Judith DeLuca

Judith DeLuca, PharmD, BCPS, serves as Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs and tenured Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Binghamton University's School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, joining in July 2023 after 21 years at Wilkes University.

DeLuca's research emphasizes faculty professional development, competency-based education frameworks, and pharmacist-led care transitions. Her recent mixed-method study examines career advancement factors for mid-career pharmacy educators while advancing competency integration in curricula.
