Associate Professor Judith Callanan serves as the Associate Dean for Property & Valuation programs at RMIT University's School of Property, Construction & Project Management. She holds a PhD and has dual academic and industry expertise, having worked in senior property management roles for 15 years prior to academia. Her research focuses on urban development dynamics, property valuation methodologies, and the socio-economic impacts of infrastructure projects.

Judith has collaborated with industry bodies like RICS and Australian Property Institute on commissioned reports about property transfer methodologies, diversity policies, and blockchain applications in facility management.
