Dr. Juan Franch Fluxá is a Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands, specializing in Commercial Law and Taxation. He holds a European Doctorate in Law and has conducted research at institutions including the Max Planck Institute in Munich and Ghent University. His expertise spans international taxation, corporate taxation, and legal aspects of tourism contracting. He leads the 'Business Law and Tourism Activity' research group (DEAT) and directs postgraduate programs such as the Master's in Tourism Contracting (60 ECTS).
Research interests include business law, digital economy regulation, and legal frameworks for tourism industries.
