Dr. Joyce Nolan Harrison serves as an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a child and adolescent psychiatrist at the Center for Developmental Behavioral Health, Kennedy Krieger Institute. She directs the Kennedy Krieger Institutes Network for Early Childhood Tele-education (KKI-NECT), providing tele-consultation for pediatric primary care providers in rural and underserved areas.

She previously held leadership roles as Director of Clinical Preschool Programs at Johns Hopkins Hospital Bayview and Medical Director of Child Community Psychiatry Programs at Johns Hopkins Hospital East Baltimore. Before joining Johns Hopkins in 2002, she served on faculty at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. following National Health Services payback in Southern Maryland.
Her clinical leadership centers on the Center for Developmental Behavioral Health at Kennedy Krieger Institute, where she develops innovative service delivery models bridging specialty psychiatry with community-based care systems.
