Joyce Millman

Joyce Millman serves as an Adjunct Professor at Moore College of Art & Design, functioning as a student teaching supervisor while concurrently working as a teaching artist with the Print Center Artists in Schools program in Philadelphia public high schools. She also acts as a liaison for the Picasso Project under the Philadelphia Commission for Children and Youth.

Her professional focus encompasses art education, visual arts, and innovative curriculum development, including interdisciplinary frameworks and culturally responsive materials inspired by international travel fellowships. Notably, she created Philadelphia Museum of Art curriculum presented at the Pennsylvania Art Education Association conference, drawing from Fulbright Hayes fellowships to India and South Africa.

Ms. Millman's artistic accomplishments include:

• First Prize Award at the Long Beach Island Foundation for Arts and Sciences Plein Air Plus exhibit (2019)
• Best Still Life award at the Philadelphia Sketch Club Small Painting exhibition (2017)
