Joyce Mamode

Dr Joyce Mamode is a Research Fellow at the Sheffield University Management School, specializing in contemporary trade union dynamics and employee voice mechanisms. Her work focuses on representation in non-traditional employment sectors such as parcel delivery, where precarious and self-employed workers coexist with unionized employees. She is affiliated with the Centre for Decent Work and collaborates with Professor Kirsty Newsome and Dr Safak Tartanoglu Bennett on projects examining union representational challenges.
