Joyce Lee

Joyce Lee is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Information Systems, College of Business, National Chengchi University. Her research focuses on online communication behavior, social media communities, and digital innovation.

Education: PhD in Management from the University of Bath, UK.

Research Themes: She investigates interorganizational collaboration dynamics, digital resilience during crises, and the design mechanisms of smart technology. Her work bridges qualitative methodologies with practical applications in healthcare, financial technology, and social media governance.
