Joy Pieper

Joy Pieper is an Associate Professor and Department Chair of Nursing at Crown College's School of Health + Science. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from St. Olaf College. Her clinical expertise spans surgical, trauma, neurological, and psychiatric nursing, alongside leadership roles in healthcare education.
