Joshua Scott Gibson is a legal researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He completed his PhD in June 2025 with a thesis focused on amicus curiae in Australian constitutional litigation, examining civil society engagement with the High Court of Australia.
