Dr. Joshua R. Hendrickson is an Associate Professor of Economics and Chair of the Department of Economics at the University of Mississippi (College of Liberal Arts). His research focuses on monetary theory, political economy, and the history of economic thought, with particular emphasis on cryptocurrency (notably Bitcoin), nominal GDP targeting, and policy frameworks. He holds affiliations with the American Institute for Economic Research’s Sound Money Project, the Mercatus Center, and the Bitcoin Policy Institute.
