Joshua M. Silverstein is a Professor of Law at the William H. Bowen School of Law, University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He specializes in teaching Contracts, Secured Transactions, and Jurisprudence, employing the Socratic method to develop students' analytical skills. His research focuses on bankruptcy law, contract interpretation, and grading theory, with notable works cited nationally.
