Joshua Eagle

Joshua Eagle is an Adjunct Faculty member specializing in Natural Resources Law, with particular expertise in Property Law, Ocean and Coastal Law, and Wildlife Law. He co-authored two law school textbooks, Ocean and Coastal Resources Law and Natural Resources Law and Policy, and has published extensively in law reviews, peer-reviewed journals, and book chapters.

His work includes advising on national and state-level environmental policy through roles on National Academy of Sciences study committees, state working groups, and legislative testimonies. Prior to academia, Eagle practiced law at the National Audubon Society and the U.S. Department of Justice, and co-founded the Stanford Fisheries Policy Project.
