Joseph Love

Joseph Love is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at McMaster University. His research focuses on structural dynamics and vibration control, particularly through advanced applications of tuned mass dampers (TMDs) and tuned liquid dampers (TLDs) in tall buildings. He has pioneered nonlinear multimodal models for complex damper systems and conducted full-scale monitoring of structural performance under wind and seismic loads.
