Joseph King

Joseph King serves as a Lecturer in Real Estate Development + Design at the University of California, Berkeley while concurrently holding the position of Associate Principal, Studio Leader, and Senior Designer at SCB's San Francisco office. His professional focus centers on urban mixed-use and multifamily residential projects, leading from conceptual design through delivery with emphasis on data-driven site analysis and collaborative client engagement.

He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Architecture from UC Berkeley, and maintains architectural licenses in Illinois and California alongside LEED accreditation. Active in professional organizations, he participates in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
