Joseph Hurt

Joseph Hurt is a Visiting Professor of Law at Elon University School of Law, teaching Constitutional Law I during the fall 2024 trimester. With nearly 45 years of legal education experience, he has held deanships at three law schools and taught at six institutions. He led Florida Coastal and Barry University through ABA accreditation as dean and served as Deputy Consultant on Legal Education to the American Bar Association.
