Dr. Joseph Fees is an Associate Professor in the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Delaware State University (DSU). Dr. Fees holds a Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin (2013), an M.A. in Spanish (2008), and a B.S. in Actuarial Science and Spanish from Lebanon Valley College (2004).
