Joseph F. Carter

Joseph F. Carter is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of New England within the School of Nursing and Population Health. He has been affiliated with UNE since 2004 and serves as the Clinical Coordinator, overseeing clinical placements and faculty training since 2006.
