Joseph Corcoran

Joseph Corcoran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Cincinnati (UC), affiliated with the UC Center for Nondestructive Evaluation (www.ucnde.com). He holds an Honorary Lecturer position at Imperial College London. His research focuses on Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) systems, Digital Twin technology, and integrating electromagnetic/ultrasonic methods with probabilistic structural integrity assessments. He has expertise in real-time diagnostics, material degradation analysis, and sensor development for aerospace and industrial applications.
