Joseph Comprix

Joseph Comprix is a Professor of Accounting and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs at the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University. He joined the faculty in 2008 after teaching at SUNY Buffalo and Arizona State University. His research focuses on accounting practices, financial reporting, taxation, and marketing, with publications in journals like the Journal of Accounting and Economics and The Accounting Review. He has consistently been recognized for teaching excellence, including multiple Whitman Graduate Faculty of the Year awards and a campus-wide Excellence in Graduate Teaching Award.
