Josep Mercader Barceló

Josep Mercader Barceló is a Full Professor in the Department of Fundamental Biology and Health Sciences at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), where he has been a faculty member since 2011. He is affiliated with the Faculty of Science and teaches in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology programs. His academic roles include teaching core biochemistry courses and supervising Master’s and doctoral students in translational public health, global health, and personalized nutrition programs.
