Joselina Cheng is a Professor of Information Systems & Operations Management at the University of Central Oklahoma's College of Business. She holds a D.B.A. in Leadership from University of Phoenix (2012) and has 20+ years of IT industry experience as a project manager and business analyst. Her research focuses on innovative e-teaching methodologies, STEM education pathways, and government-industry-university partnerships.
