Josef Pauser

Josef Pauser serves as an Honorary Professor (Hon.-Prof.) at the Faculty of Law, University of Vienna, specializing in historical and constitutional legal studies. His current teaching portfolio includes doctoral seminars for dissertants in legal and constitutional history, the Legal History Summer School (Zagreb-Budapest-Vienna), Criminal Law History with Austrian focus, and analysis of legal issues in press and film media.

His research centers on Legal History and Constitutional History, with specialized expertise in Austrian Criminal Law History and Media-Law Intersections.
