Jose Dominguez Alonso

Jose Dominguez Alonso serves as a part-time Associate Professor (6 hours/week) in the Department of Psychosocio-educational Analysis and Intervention at the Faculty of Education and Social Work, University of Vigo, Ourense campus.

He earned his Doctorate from the University of Vigo in 2006 with the thesis Measures to address diversity in primary education. Analysis of their design and development in the autonomous community of Galicia, supervised by Dr. Margarita R. Pino Juste.

His research focuses on educational diversity, behavioral science methodology, and the intersection of physical activity with health education. As a member of the DE3 Education, Physical Activity and Health research group (GIES), he investigates socio-educational interventions in Galician primary schools.
