José R. (Beto) Juárez Jr. is a Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law. He previously served as Dean of the college from 2020 to 2024 and held leadership roles at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and St. Mary’s University School of Law.
