José Javier Ramasco Sukia is a Research Professor at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), affiliated with the Institute for Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Complex Systems (IFISC) in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. He holds a PhD in Physics (2002) from Universidad de Cantabria and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Oporto and Emory University.
