Jorge Preciado is a Professor of Education and Chair of the Special Education Department at Seattle Pacific University's School of Education. With a PhD in special education from the University of Oregon (2006), he brings extensive experience from 13 years as an elementary school teacher in California and eight years as a research associate at the University of Oregon and Dynamic Measurement Group.
