Jorge Mestres Lopez

Jorge Mestres Lopez is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Girona (UdG). He is affiliated with the Institute of Computational Chemistry and Catalysis and leads the Research Group on Design and Modeling of Transition Metal Catalyzed Reactions (DiMoCat).

His research interests include computational chemistry, catalysis, physical chemistry, transition metal chemistry, chemical reaction modeling, and organometallic reactions. These align with his work on computational approaches to transition metal-catalyzed reaction design and modeling.
