Jordon Lazell is a Lecturer in Marketing at Essex Business School, University of Essex. He also serves as Academic Director of Student Recruitment and Academic Offense Officer for the Marketing and Management Group. His research focuses on consumer food waste behaviors, surplus food redistribution, and operational sustainability in retail and voluntary sectors.

Jordon's research combines practice theory and spatial-temporal analysis to examine unsustainable consumption patterns.
