Joniada Milla is an Associate Professor of Economics at Saint Mary’s University’s Sobey School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Guelph and has held prior positions at Wilfrid Laurier University and the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium). Her research focuses on applied microeconometrics, education economics, and policy evaluation with secondary interests in labor and development economics. She is a Research Fellow at IZA.
