Jonathon Hooks

Dr. Jonathon Hooks is a Professor of History and Social Studies Education at the College of Arts & Sciences, Mississippi University for Women (MUW). He holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Alabama, an M.A. from East Carolina University, and a B.A. from Elon College.

Dr. Hooks is affiliated with the Department of History, Political Science, & Geography at MUW, where he contributes to both undergraduate and graduate education through classroom instruction and academic leadership.
