Jonathan Weinstein

Jonathan Weinstein is a Professor of Economics and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Economics at Washington University in St. Louis. He holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His research focuses on microeconomic theory and game theory, with particular emphasis on strategic behavior, reputation dynamics, and decision-making under uncertainty.

He has served on key committees including the Master Program Management Committee and the PhD Committee. Notable works include studies on risk attitude effects on strategic interactions and reputation mechanisms in finitely-repeated games. His recent publications explore Bayesian inference methods in game theory and correlated rationalizability in infinite games.
