Jonathan Singer is Professor of Medicine at UCSF and Associate Medical Director of the Advanced Lung Disease and Lung Transplant program. He founded and co-directs the UCSF Advanced Lung Disease and Lung Transplant Research Program.

- Patient-reported outcomes in advanced lung disease

Developed validated instruments including Lung Transplant Frailty Scale (LT-FS) and Lung Transplant Quality of Life (LT-QOL) survey.
