Jonathan Rutherford is a Researcher at LATTS (Laboratoire Techniques, Territoires et Sociétés) and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Urban Institute, University of Sheffield. He teaches urban studies and planning at École des Ponts and École d'Urbanisme de Paris, and co-leads the research group 'Politics, Markets, and Urban Worlds' (PMMU) at LATTS.
