Jon Billsberry

Jon Billsberry is a Senior Professor of Leadership and Management at the University of Wollongong's School of Business. He holds prestigious fellowships from the Academy of Social Sciences (UK), British Academy of Management, and Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management. His research focuses on person-environment fit, employee misfit, socially constructed leadership, and innovative teaching methods using film and media. He has authored/co-authored over 70 journal articles and edited volumes, including influential works on organizational fit and management education.
