Jolly Meadows

Jolly Meadows, Ed.D., is an applied assistant professor in the Department of Education at The University of Tulsa, College of Arts & Sciences, specializing in teacher preparation. She supports education majors through field experience coordination and certification exam preparation.

• Master's Degrees: School Administration & Reading Specialist, Northeastern Oklahoma State University

Her research focuses on teacher effectiveness, clinical supervision, and literacy, with projects integrating art and culture to enhance student achievement in rural districts. She created The Fifth Year Academy to support early-career educators and provides statewide professional development in STEM education.
