John Ward is a Professor in the Department of Geography and Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where he also serves as Director of GIS within the College of Social Sciences and Professional Studies. He holds a PhD in Environmental Dynamics from the University of Arkansas (2007), an MA in Cultural and Environmental Resource Management from Central Washington University, and a BA in Anthropology from the same institution.
