About
John Trefry is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Architecture at the University of Kansas's School of Architecture & Design. He has been affiliated with the university since 2012 and previously practiced architecture with Mack Scogin and Merrill Elam in Atlanta. His interdisciplinary work bridges architecture, literature, and education.
As founding editor of Inside the Castle, a press dedicated to experimental literature, he has authored four books including *Plats* and *Massive*. His research interests span architectural theory, urban design, and literary innovation.
