John Schmidt

John Schmidt is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Online MS in I/O Psychology in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Auburn University. A retired Senior Naval Officer with 30+ years of experience, he has collaborated with NASA, FAA, NTSB, and DOD on aviation safety and accident investigations, including the Columbia Accident Investigation Board. He extends safety principles to healthcare to reduce medical errors and enhance patient safety.
