John Rudberg

John Rudberg is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Bethel University, where he has been teaching since 1998. He previously served at Cargill, Inc. for 35 years in roles such as controller and director, overseeing international functions and earning three Chairman Awards for process improvement initiatives. He currently contributes to Bethel’s graduate and undergraduate programs, helped develop the original MBA curriculum, and holds CPA and CMA certifications.

Education includes a B.S. from the University of Minnesota (1971) and an M.A. from Minnesota State University–Mankato (1980).
