John R. Farver

Dr. John R. Farver is a Professor in the Department of Earth, Environment and Society at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). He holds a Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from Brown University (1988), an M.S. from the same institution (1984), and a B.S. in Chemistry, Geology, and Geochemistry from SUNY (1982). His research focuses on mineralogy, petrology, and materials science, particularly synthesis/characterization of mineral and ceramic aggregates.
