John Mesher

John Mesher is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Technology at Cairn University. He teaches business law, ethics, corporate transactions, and nonprofit law across undergraduate and graduate programs. With over 30 years of legal experience, he previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Saint-Gobain Corporation, overseeing legal affairs, governance, and compliance. He holds a JD from Duquesne University and a BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

His professional background includes board roles at Good Works, Inc., IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Quality Control Examiner, and panel memberships with the Philadelphia Bar Association and Argyle Executive Forum.
