His research focuses on executive financial decision-making during mergers and acquisitions, particularly how CEOs manage stock and stock options. Prior to joining University of Mary Washington in 2013, he taught at The Sage Colleges in Albany, N.Y., where he developed a simulation-based investment curriculum and outcomes assessment programs.
