John Krogstie

John Krogstie is Professor in Information Systems at NTNU's Department of Computer Science. His research spans information systems development, enterprise modeling, quality of models, eGovernment, and sustainable digitalization. He has served as Department Head (2017-2021) and Director of NTNU Digital.

Krogstie chairs IFIP WG 8.1 and researches mobile informatics, process modeling, and smart city technologies. He has published over 380 refereed papers on information systems design, evaluation methodologies, and domain-specific modeling approaches.
