Dr. John Jasina is a Professor of Economics and Associate Dean of the School of Business at Claflin University, where he has been employed since August 2005. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Clemson University and a B.S. in Economics from West Chester University.
His research focuses on applied microeconomics, particularly in sports economics, industrial organization, and financial economics. His work examines labor market effects of professional sports, statistical methodology, and economic development.
