John J. Perry is a Professor of Economics at Centre College, where he has been employed since 2007. He serves as a Pre-MBA Advisor and is affiliated with the Economics & Finance department.

As an applied empirical microeconomist, Perry's research focuses on health economics, labor economics, and empirical methods/forecasting. His recent work examines labor market impacts of medical malpractice reform and economics education. Past publications have addressed legalized gambling, college admissions, and non-physician practitioners' practice authority.
