John J. Hay

John J. Hay is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, where he contributes to legal scholarship and education. He is a partner at Dentons' New York Office and a globally recognized expert in International Dispute Resolution, with over 35 years of experience handling complex commercial and investment treaty disputes.

Hay's practice spans diverse sectors including construction, energy, financial services, and foreign investments.
