John Innes is a Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Forestry, holding the Forest Renewal BC Chair in Forest Management. He leads the Sustainable Forest Management Research Group, focusing on the application of sustainable forest management principles to real-world contexts, particularly through international criteria and indicators.
